Here you'll find all the info you'll need about how your parcels are shipped. If you desperately need your new goodies the next day, or you just need some further help, please do get in touch. We'll be very happy to help!
UK STANDARD DELIVERY
Your order will be delivered via Royal Mail First or Second Class post, normally within 24 hours of receiving your order excluding weekends.
Deliveries will be made within 3-5 working days after you place your order e.g. If you order on Wednesday your parcel should be delivered by the following Monday.
If your parcel contains breakables, then it will need to be 'signed for.' If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, a delivery card will be left and your parcel will be taken to your local sorting office for collection. Royal Mail may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place if they think it is safe to do so. A delivery card will be left to let you know this has been done.
EU AND WORLDWIDE DELIVERY INFORMATION
For peace of mind, Savannah Willow only offers trackable international delivery. An estimated cost will be automatically charged, but if you want to receive a specific quote which may be lower than the estimated quote then please do get in touch as the cost varies greatly by destination and package weight. Deliveries will be made in 7-10 working days after you place your order.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
TERMS OF POSTAGE
In the unlikely event your item goes missing and does not arrive after 10 working days have passed, please do get in touch and Savannah Willow will follow up your order. Royal Mail don't class an item as lost until 21 days have passed, your claim may therefore take up to 6 weeks to be processed.
If you have purchased a European or International tracked service and in the unlikely even your item goes missing in the post, Savannah Willow will process a claim and once the claim has been accepted you will receive a full refund via your original payment method.
